You pay nothing ever, just watch their commercials and get paid. No toolbar, just a little icon on the bottom of you monitor next to the little computers that show you're connected. It blinks, you click on it, and a 10 second or so commercial will play and your account will be credited instantly! I watch about one or two a day and make a ton of free $$$. They pay up to $10 per commercial. Just go to the site and see for yourself.
